The progress will take around 7 days up to 1 month.

For Emoji Package the progress will take around 15 days up to 2 months after the sketch is fixed

If your character is extremely detailed and don't want it to be simplified, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details

I only accept payment upfront via Paypal, Local Bank (BCA)

After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching. The sketch will then be sent to you.

No refund or cancelation after the sketch has been sent.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I confirmed to accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

The base price is for 1 character only

The base price is for personal used only. Commercial Use will cost x2 total order price.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Maximum of 5 revisions in sketching process.

Minor revision is fine during line art process

No more revision (except for color) after the coloring process has started.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed or if the missing/inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

I may ask for revision fee for each major revision (excluding during sketch)

I will automatically upload the results to my social media as portofolio

File will be send via Gmail

File will include: finished illustration, transparent PNG.

I will not sending any physical product.
